To create opportunities for exchanging, raising team spirit, and building a close-knit team to boost work performance, the Teambuilding program: “BPO.MP – work hard play hard” was held on June 10, 2018 in Xu Dua ecological tourist – a beautiful and peaceful area in Hoi An city, Vietnam.
Forgetting about the scorching sun in the beginning of summer time and the noise of the busy city, excited, delighted and determined spirits were expressed throughout the team. All the members joined in the exciting atmosphere of sound and dance. The gap between the BPO.MP members seemed to be blurred. All experiences – the sunshine smiles, strong steps, holding hands… were filled of emotional moments.
“Warm up exercises” created a joyful and inspirational atmosphere.
Rowing coracles into the mangrove palm forest required flexibility, coordination among members with excellent health.
“Keyboard warriors” performed painting talents.
“Bring water to destination” & “Balance emotions” were the two games that required the highest teamwork spirit.
